Florida Family Law Second Opinion · Services · Miami

Florida second opinion services, three core ways in.

Second Opinion review, monthly Private Counsel, and Presuit Advisory — anchored in Miami, available across Florida. Consultations and prenups still available alongside.

I do not take your case. I will only evaluate and give you a second opinion. You can hire me as a consultant behind the scenes. I do not accept case transfers of matters I have second-opinioned.

Service 01

Second Opinion Review

An independent expert read on your active Florida case — represented or self-represented, filed or pre-filing.

$695 consultation. The case is reviewed live at the consultation. If a written Second Opinion is the right next step, the matter is scoped at one of four depth-of-review bands — Foundation, Active Case, High-Conflict, or Bespoke — and the flat-fee figure is set there. The $695 credits toward any retainer signed within 48 hours.

Each band includes a written report, posture analysis, strategy options, and follow-up video calls. Standard turnaround is 30 days; faster timing is discussed at the consultation when a hard external deadline requires it.

Service 02

Private Counsel

Hire me as a consultant behind the scenes — monthly, flat fee.

Flat monthly fee — set at the $695 consultation — built for Florida family law clients who want an expert strategist inside the case without changing counsel of record. Auto-billed on the 5th. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Fees deemed earned upon receipt.

Available to two audiences: represented Florida clients who want shadow strategy between billable touchpoints, and self-represented clients negotiating their own divorce who want premium expertise without full representation.

Service 03

Presuit Strategy Advisory

Resolve the matter before anyone files.

Limited-scope representation under Florida Rule 2.505. I draft, review terms, coach you through the conversation, and file in your own name through Final Judgment. I do not appear in court. I do not become counsel of record.

Flat fee per matter, scoped at engagement. Right for couples who want a complete, lawful resolution without litigation — and who are willing to do the back-and-forth themselves with my guidance.

Service 05

Prenups & Postnups

Carefully drafted agreements under Florida law.

I draft, review, and negotiate Florida prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. I do not litigate enforcement. Flat fee per matter, scoped at consultation.

Conflict-Free Positioning

The advice is unconflicted.

Unlike traditional litigators whose fees grow with conflict and court time, my advice is 100% conflict-free. I succeed only when you resolve matters efficiently and amicably.

All services are advisory. No service includes court appearances, counsel-of-record representation, or contested litigation. See Disclosures for complete scope-of-practice language.

Compare the five engagements

One consultation, five paths.

Every engagement begins with a 60-minute private video consultation — flat fee $695. At the consultation I tell you which engagement fits and what it will cost. The $695 is credited in full toward any retainer signed and paid within 48 hours.
