Services
Three ways to work with me.
Consultations, presuit resolution, Second Opinions. Flat fee, scoped engagements, online.
Service 01
Consultations
A direct conversation with a senior attorney about your situation.
Three tiers
- Quick Read— 45 minutes —$495one specific question, one direct answer
- Full Picture— 75 minutes —$795full landscape of your situation
- Strategic Plan— 90 minutes + written 2–4 page plan —$995delivered in 5 business days
Each tier is online, flat fee, paid before the meeting. You leave with clarity — about what you’re facing, what your options are, and what the smart next step looks like.
Service 02
Presuit Resolution
Resolve the matter before anyone files.
Limited-scope representation under Florida Rule 2.505. I draft, review terms, coach you through the conversation, and file in your own name through Final Judgment. I do not appear in court. I do not become counsel of record.
Flat fee per matter, scoped at engagement. Right for couples who want a complete, lawful resolution without litigation — and who are willing to do the back-and-forth themselves with my guidance.
Service 03
Second Opinion
You already have a lawyer. I give you an independent senior read.
$500 intake review. Within five business days, you receive a written letter assigning the matter to one of four complexity bands — Foundation, Active Case, High-Conflict, or War Room — with the corresponding flat fee. The letter is valid for 14 days. The $500 credits toward the engagement if you proceed.
Each band includes a written report, posture analysis, strategy options, and two 30-minute video calls. Standard turnaround is 14 business days; expedited and rush options are available.
Conflict-Free Positioning
The advice is unconflicted.
Unlike traditional litigators whose fees grow with conflict and court time, my advice is 100% conflict-free. I succeed only when you resolve matters efficiently and amicably.
All services are advisory. No service includes court appearances, counsel-of-record representation, or contested litigation. See Disclosures for complete scope-of-practice language.
